L&#8217;estructura de la nova construcci\u00f3 estava dimensionada i refor\u00e7ada, contemplant el pes i \u00fas de planta proposta de jard\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"quote\" style=\"text-align: center;\" data-i18n=\"p08_Quote1\"><strong>En pensar en el paisatgisme i l&#8217;arquitectura alhora, tr\u00e8iem molt m\u00e9s partit a cada metre quadrat, a m\u00e9s de reduir temps d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 i costos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 800px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-1200-1\" width=\"800\" height=\"449\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/verveine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/V247_02.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/verveine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/V247_02.mp4\">https:\/\/verveine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/V247_02.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"p08Video1MuteControl\" class=\"muteControl\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ml-auto italic\" data-i18n=\"p08_Video1Legend\">Video i Foto de Casa Viva. Paisatgisme: VERVEINE<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p class=\"textBlock\" data-i18n=\"p08_Text2\">El resultat va ser una construcci\u00f3 a dos nivells. En entrar a l&#8217;habitatge et rep un petit pati envidrat amb un estany i una escultura. Tot forma una composici\u00f3 de cel, aigua i vegetaci\u00f3 que insinua el jard\u00ed que t&#8217;espera a la coberta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-611 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/verveine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/V247_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/verveine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/V247_03.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/verveine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/V247_03-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/verveine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/V247_03-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"textBlock\" data-i18n=\"p08_Text3\">El jard\u00ed \u00e9s protagonitzat per tres oliveres centen\u00e0ries i xiprers que delimiten la zona d&#8217;estar, a m\u00e9s de l&#8217;hort comunitari.
