BRICKHOUSE GARDEN \u00b7 UN JARDIN A VUE D’OISEAU<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le projet est n\u00e9 d\u2019une id\u00e9e tr\u00e8s claire : intervenir de mani\u00e8re profonde tout en rendant l\u2019intervention imperceptible, dans le respect du jardin noucentiste barcelonais dans lequel nous nous trouvions. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait qu\u2019une fois le nouveau jardin achev\u00e9, il semble n\u2019avoir jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9, comme s\u2019il avait toujours exist\u00e9. Un espace organique dans lequel, d\u00e8s l\u2019entr\u00e9e, on ressent une immersion imm\u00e9diate dans la nature.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Le jardin d\u2019origine, de caract\u00e8re historique noucentiste barcelonais, pr\u00e9sentait une topographie complexe et de fortes contraintes urbaines. Le d\u00e9fi consistait \u00e0 transformer enti\u00e8rement l\u2019espace tout en respectant scrupuleusement l\u2019\u00e9tat existant et la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation pr\u00e9existante. La proximit\u00e9 de la Serra de Collserola est devenue une source d\u2019inspiration constante, guidant l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019intervention dans son environnement naturel.\"\"<\/p>\n

La nouvelle architecture ext\u00e9rieure \u00e0 habiter a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue comme un espace polyvalent, luxuriant et \u00e0 faible entretien, capable de cr\u00e9er une relation continue entre la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation, le syst\u00e8me urbain qui l\u2019entoure et l\u2019eau nouvellement introduite. Un refuge de calme et de connexion avec la nature en plein contexte urbain, fonctionnel et accueillant, r\u00e9pondant au programme requis.\"\"<\/p>\n

La complexit\u00e9 du projet a r\u00e9sid\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9alisation de tous les mouvements de terre n\u00e9cessaires tout en conservant intacte l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation existante. Une intervention presque chirurgicale, un v\u00e9ritable travail de pr\u00e9cision paysag\u00e8re, qui a permis de pr\u00e9server la m\u00e9moire du lieu et de renforcer la sensation d\u2019un jardin ayant \u00e9volu\u00e9 naturellement au fil du temps.\"\"<\/p>\n

L\u2019intimit\u00e9 a constitu\u00e9 un enjeu fondamental. La typologie et les caract\u00e9ristiques du tissu urbain environnant imposaient de prot\u00e9ger les espaces int\u00e9rieurs du jardin, en \u00e9vitant toute exposition visuelle directe. Pour cela, une disposition strat\u00e9gique de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation et des s\u00e9quences visuelles ma\u00eetris\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place, garantissant la confidentialit\u00e9 sans renoncer \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re ni \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture.<\/p>\n

La mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 \u2014pierre, eau, v\u00e9g\u00e9tation et rev\u00eatements\u2014 a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie pour instaurer un dialogue coh\u00e9rent, \u00e0 travers une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie claire et des transitions douces, construisant une esth\u00e9tique organique et intemporelle.\"\"<\/p>\n

En mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9, des syst\u00e8mes performants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s avec une conscience claire du r\u00e9seau trophique dans lequel s\u2019inscrit le projet. L\u2019usage de l\u2019eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente et durable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une piscine-r\u00e9servoir, et la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e pour son adaptation au climat m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en actuel et \u00e0 son \u00e9volution, en privil\u00e9giant des esp\u00e8ces \u00e0 faible consommation d\u2019eau et \u00e0 forte valeur \u00e9cologique et paysag\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re collaborative par les trois \u00e9quipes de conception. Des crit\u00e8res Passive House ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9s tant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, consid\u00e9rant le jardin comme une composante active du syst\u00e8me architectural. Calder\u00f3n Folch Studio a assur\u00e9 le projet architectural, N\u00faria Navarro le design d\u2019int\u00e9rieur, et notre studio l\u2019architecture ext\u00e9rieure et paysag\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Les structures existantes capables de cohabiter avec le nouveau jardin \u2014un ancien garage transform\u00e9 en atelier et une cabane \u00e0 outils du XIXe si\u00e8cle\u2014 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9es et int\u00e9gr\u00e9es naturellement dans le nouveau paysage.<\/p>\n
