A GARDEN BUILT IN A WAREHOUSE, TRANSPORTED AND ASSEMBLED ON TOP OF A BUILDING
We worked closely with the architects, structural engineers, and engineers responsible for drafting the project of the elevated module. The structure of the new construction was dimensioned and reinforced, considering the weight and proposed use of the garden level.
By considering both landscaping and architecture simultaneously, we made much more of each square meter, in addition to reducing execution time and costs.

The result was a two-level construction. Upon entering the residence, you are greeted by a small, glazed courtyard with a pond and a sculpture. Together, they form a composition of sky, water, and vegetation that hints at the garden awaiting you on the roof.
The garden is dominated by three centuries-old olive trees and cypress trees that delineate the seating area, as well as the vegetable garden. The perimeter vegetation acts as a natural visual barrier, part of the garden that can be glimpsed from the street.
